ProspectBlue seeks a Tax Associate for their office in Richmond, VA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients regularly to discuss tax strategy and ways to minimize their taxes
• Oversee the preparation of tax filings in conjunction with the staff accountants (1040 + Partnership + S Corp returns)
• Work closely with your bookkeeping partner to manage the client relationship

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in tax preparation
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Customer service oriented a must
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
