ProspectBlue is partnering with a local banking client to hire 3-5 experienced Program Managers with marketplace lending expertise for a 4-month contract—with potential for full-time conversion. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced financial services environment, where you'll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within marketplace lending, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive project execution and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including banking operations, product, and risk teams to optimize workflows.
• Identify process improvements and execute hands-on operational initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Work in a fast-moving environment, rolling up your sleeves to problem-solve and drive impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Marketplace lending experience
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex financial operations projects.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or Agile project management experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and the ability to navigate financial regulatory environments.
• Comfortable working in lean teams, wearing multiple hats, and driving initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
