About the Role

Pinnacle Partners is recruiting for Director of Operations/Service Advisor for a growing Commercial HVAC company.  This is a full time, direct hire role working onsite in Westfield, IN.  This position will spend approximately 75% of time in office and 25% in the field to help troubleshoot any escalated issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide all communication to the team of HVAC Technicians
• Work with Dispatch to ensure schedules are aligned
• Maintain a KPI tracking spreadsheet
• Able to make quick decisions and judgement calls on adjusting work orders, updating technicians and updating customers based on parts availability
• Back up to quoting process
• Troubleshoot escalated issues with technicians

Requirements:

• Strong background in HVAC services, strong preference for Commercial
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively in fast paced, ever changing environment
• Type 4 EPA Certification
• Previous payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Commercial HVAC experience
