About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level Network Administrator to serve as a key technical resource for our client's managed services team. This role will play a critical part in network troubleshooting, systems administration, and strategic technology planning across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Environments
• Support systems administration tasks including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, identity services
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers
• Evaluate technologies and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
• Lead technology upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Establish policies, standards, and best practices, and manage vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Strong experience with network troubleshooting
• Experience with segmentation, VLANs, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience working in both cloud and on-premises environments
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred:

• VoIP experience
• Consulting experience
• Relevant IT certifications
