About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer to serve as a technical leader for our client's Salesforce platform. This role will play a critical part in designing and building advanced Salesforce solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and mentoring other developers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enchance Salesforce solutions and other business applications
• Lead implementation of advanced Salesforce functionality
• Maintain Salesforce Agentforce and AI-assisted functionality in alignment with defined governance and security standards
• Create and manage data integrations for internal and external systems
• Work with architects and application development leadership to ensure solutions align with technical direction and platform standards
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate options, and deliver enhancements
• Ensure solutions pass unit testing, QA, and user acceptance testing prior to production release
• Troubleshoot escalated defects, performance issues, and production incidents
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and APIs
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
• Mentor developers and support consistent development practices, documentation, and standards

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning App Builder, SOQL, integrations, and mobile
• Strong JavaScript skills
• REST/SOAP APIs experience
• CI/CD and release management experience
• Bachelor's degree or Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.)

Preferred:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and APIs
• Azure or other middleware tools
• Informatica Cloud or similar integration tools
• Microsoft Power Platform experience
• SQL exposure
