About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Solutions Engineer to serve as a key resource for identity and access automation within our client's organization. This role will play a critical part in automating Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID workflows, and streamlining identity and access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate identity and access management (IAM) onboarding processes along with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID functions
• Design workflows and write automation scripts, primarily using PowerShell and Entra ID
• Support integration of Entra ID permissions into AWS, including SCIM-based imports and policy management through AWS Identity Center
• Process access tickets for employee onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning
• Troubleshoot issues across identity and access management systems

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID
• Automation experience within identity and access management systems, ideally with PowerShell or Entra ID scripting
• Exposure to IAM tools and automating IAM-related tasks

Preferred:

• Experience with AWS IAM Identity Center
• Broader AWS experience, including Systems Manager
