About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between end users and technology for our client's organization. This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, improving core business systems, and supporting ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance core business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms
• Facilitate communication between end users, developers, and software vendors to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet business needs
• Partner with third-party consultants, software vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex business issues
• Maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user procedures
• Support document management practices, keeping records organized, accessible, and compliant with retention requirements
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations across ERP, CRM, and other business platforms

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and writing user stories and functional specifications
• Experience working with a CRM platform
• Experience working with a document management platform

Preferred:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CE, or a document management platform
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and/or Power BI
• Experience with SaaS/cloud-based business applications
• Experience working with an ERP system
