About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as a key driver of hardware and software implementation projects for our client's organization. This role will play a critical part in coordinating vendors and subcontractors, planning technology and infrastructure deployments, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with external customers, vendors, and construction contractors to plan and execute technology implementation projects
• Coordinate hardware and software deployment planning, including device placement and supporting infrastructure requirements
• Schedule meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and request system or database setup to keep projects moving forward
• Track project status, invoicing, and other key details across a portfolio of roughly ten concurrent projects at varying stages
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of project management experience spanning both hardware and software implementations
• Working knowledge of how hardware integrates with software systems
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as networking, device provisioning, and physical infrastructure planning
• Experience managing external customer relationships and expectations

Preferred:

• Forecasting experience
• Bachelor's degree
