About the Role

Our client is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join an established internal AI team building production-grade machine learning and generative AI solutions across the enterprise. We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience deploying AI solutions to production and strong development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced AI models that streamline business workflows and drive automation across the organization
• Build production-grade AI systems using enterprise AI platforms and machine learning tooling
• Design and maintain machine learning pipelines and supporting MLOps infrastructure
• Write and refine prompts across multiple AI platforms and low-code automation tools
• Implement frameworks that let large language models securely interact with internal tools and APIs
• Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval techniques to improve AI system performance
• Architect and build LLM-powered applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into AI- and ML-driven solutions, including data mining initiatives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of AI engineering experience
• Software development background
• Experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents
• Cloud experience

Preferred:

• Snowflake experience, ideally with Snowflake Cortex and agent-based use cases
• Experience with an enterprise agentic AI platform
• Consulting experience working directly with business stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions
• Experience integrating across multiple AI platforms
• Bachelor's degree
