Pinnacle Partners is partnered with a client hiring an Human Resources Manager

Location: Indianapolis (downtown)
Compensation: $80-120K

Key Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and promote a positive, respectful workplace culture.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for hourly, skilled trade, and salaried employees.
• Partner with plant leadership on staffing, safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, investigations, and grievances.
• Support workplace safety and compliance with employment and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll inputs and employee records.
• Build strong relationships and maintain positive morale across all shifts.
• Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of ESOPs, employment laws, OSHA, and manufacturing operations.
• Calm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent leadership style.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
