IT System Administrator
Location: Onsite – Lancaster, OH

Pay: Up to $95K
Direct Hire

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an IT System Administrator to join their team in the Lancaster, OH area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 end user IT support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support a variety of production systems
• Administer Windows Server environmnet
• Troubleshoot hardware to include PCs, printers, and scanners
• Assist with IT projects and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage user accounts, onboarding, permissions, and security controls
• Maintain system backups, security, and antivirus protections
• Support IT governance initiatives
• Ensure documentation and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-7+ years of IT system administration experience
• Automotive or manufacturing environment experience
• Hands on IT support experience
• Experience supporting Windows Server Environment
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• TISAX or IT Governance experience
• ERP/MRP systems experience
• Exposure to virtualization environments
