Sr. Salesforce Developer – Direct Hire | Indianapolis, IN

About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will modernize legacy processes into standard Salesforce best practices, build new workflows and dashboards, and help design automations, with an opportunity to grow into a Salesforce architecture career path.

Position Type:  Direct Hire | Hybrid

Compensation: Up to $155K, plus annual bonus and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions in Salesforce and related company applications
• Lead implementation of advanced Salesforce functionality
• Design, develop, and maintain data integrations for internal and external systems
• Collaborate with architects and application development leadership to ensure solutions align with technical direction and platform standards
• Partner with stakeholders and teammates to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and deliver new or improved functionality
• Ensure solutions pass unit testing, QA, and user acceptance testing prior to production release
• Maintain compliance with company policy
• Resolve escalated defects, performance issues, and production incidents as needed
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and APIs
• Mentor developers and support consistent development practices, documentation, and standards

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning App Builder, SOQL, integrations, and mobile
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with CI/CD and release management
• Bachelor's degree, or Salesforce certifications

Preferred:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and APIs
• Azure or other middleware tools
• Informatica Cloud or similar integration tools
• Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Familiarity with SQL
