Tier I & II Desktop Support
Location: Spencer, IN

Pay: Up to $25/hr
Contract

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Tier I & II Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in the Spencer, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing desktop support for users across the environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide deskside, phone, and email support for users in an enterprise-level environment
• Support a variety of technology, including hardware, software, Office 365, and PC deployments
• Support users at all levels within the business
• Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer issues
• Assist with projects to migrate dated hardware and technology onto current platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3+ years of desktop support experience, supporting a Windows/MS environment
• Good personality and communication skills to interact with users
• Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with a hardware refresh project is a plus
• Experience supporting a manufacturing floor environment
• Experience with a ticketing system

TERMS:

This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $25/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
