About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for our client's IT infrastructure team. This role will play a critical part in maintaining systems hardware, software, and network infrastructure, strengthening system availability, and supporting the organization's approach to AI deployment and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems
• Troubleshoot a diverse range of office and lab computing devices and monitoring systems
• Provide support for system issues and respond to outages and incidents
• Maintain automation scripts and critical systems availability
• Support AI/Copilot deployment, governance, and cleanup efforts

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with networking, storage, and systems administration,
• Experience with NetApp storage configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Background and understanding of AI deployment and integration
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and network infrastructure

Preferred:

• Additional AI experience
• SOX, HIPAA, or other regulatory compliance experience
• Biotech, life sciences, or healthcare industry experience
