Project Manager – ERP Integration
Location: Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN

Pay: Up to $80/hr
Contract

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Project Manager to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will help prepare and execute a global SAP S/4HANA implementation, coordinating across business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive cross-functional execution and track milestones and dependencies
• Manage a RAID log and provide executive status reporting
• Coordinate with the Global PMO
• Support SIT/UAT planning and cutover readiness
• Facilitate governance meetings
• Escalate risks as needed to keep all partners informed
• Coordinate data and business readiness as well as organizational change activities
• Ensure deliverables from functional workstreams stay aligned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years of project management experience
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Large ERP implementation experience within a manufacturing environment
• Multi-site deployment experience
• Experience working with cross-functional leadership, including executive communication
• RAID management experience (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Strong facilitation skills, with strengths in people management and driving decisions without authority

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• PMP, Prosci, or Agile certification
• Data migration or cutover planning experience
• Exposure to SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, or EWM
• Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization

TERMS:

This is a contract opportunity with a wage up to $80/hr based on experience. Benefits will be offered by Pinnacle while on contract.
