Human Resources Business Partner

$62,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, leave of absence, employee handbook auditing, and separation-release agreements
• Work with clients via phone and email
• Handling other duties and back up other HR team members as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
