Technician

Up to $38/hr

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis , IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, supporting, and maintaining electronic equipment.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer service related issues
• Test and document readings for customer systems
• Update customer files
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic components
• Train and instruct customers on proper use of equipment
• Handle on-call duties on a regular scheduled basis
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience pulling cables and installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic communication systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Associate’s degree
• Experience with nurse call applications, fire alarms, CCTV, and sound systems, Cat5
• Experience working at client sites
• Certifications
