Finance Analyst – Contract to Hire

Location: Remote

Compensations- $85k-$105k

Responsibilities:
• Support government contracts (FFP & Cost-Plus)
• Build and manage project budgets
• Maintain WBS and project structures
• Partner with Program Managers on project tracking
• Monitor costs and track against budget
• Analyze variances and provide insights
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts
• Support billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition

Qualifications:
• Government contract experience required
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred) + WAWF knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
