Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a defined QA process and methodology to deliver key QA-related project outcomes such as test plans, strategies, test cases, scripts, and reports. As part of a cross-functional team, you will test high-performance applications aligned with business requirements documented in user stories. You will also take part in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives. Additionally, you will plan, design, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.

Your role:

• Test Plan and Strategy Development: Create detailed and structured test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of all software components.
• Test Case Design and Automation: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and automation scripts to verify the functionality of the software.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring they are resolved prior to release.
• Test Data Preparation: Prepare and manage test data to validate software performance under various conditions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to understand requirements, offer feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

What you’ve got:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.
• Agile/SCRUM development methodology experience preferred
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred
