Job Description

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role within an Agile team, collaborating with product owners, development teams, stakeholders, and quality analysts to ensure that solutions align with business needs. You will contribute to the analysis, refactoring, or replacement of current applications as part of the Customer Modernization project. This role involves drafting detailed user stories based on business requirements and actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.

What you’ve got:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on eliciting, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Extensive practical experience with Agile methodologies, including documenting requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating interviews and discussions to capture user needs.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Agile/SCRUM development methodology experience preferred
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps preferred
