Title: Senior Digital Marketing Solutions Architect
Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid with Friday remote optional)

The Lead Architect for Digital Marketing Solutions will be pivotal in driving our client’s digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges technology and marketing, overseeing the design, management, and enhancement of the software infrastructure that powers digital campaigns, loyalty programs, and e-commerce strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Lead Architect ensures the technology stack aligns with business goals while meeting industry regulations and compliance standards.

Your role:
  • Architect and oversee software solutions that enhance digital marketing campaigns, loyalty app features, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead efforts to improve website architecture for better performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and driving data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Integrate various software tools and platforms, from marketing automation systems and CDPs to customer engagement platforms, e-commerce systems, and loyalty apps.
  • Collaborate with teams in marketing, IT, and e-commerce to ensure seamless performance and user experience optimization across software solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in rewards programs to boost user engagement and foster customer loyalty.
  • Develop tailored software enhancements to optimize digital marketing efforts, loyalty app functionalities, and e-commerce user experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing technology, loyalty program advancements, e-commerce innovations, and compliance regulations.

What you’ve got:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with a focus on digital marketing systems, loyalty frameworks, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Extensive experience working with various marketing tools, hybrid platforms, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and loyalty systems.
  • Expertise in designing and managing data pipelines and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS and Google Functions, with the ability to design and implement cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards, including CCPA, ADA, and PCI.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach, able to work effectively both independently and within collaborative environments.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, staying informed on the evolving landscape of digital marketing technologies, loyalty trends, and e-commerce advancements.
