Inventory Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse inventory operations and ensure accurate, efficient movement of parts and materials. This hands-on leadership role will manage inventory levels, replenishment, vendor ordering, warehouse processes, and inventory KPIs while supporting field operations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory KPIs, including inventory turns, balances, accuracy, and replenishment levels.
• Place vendor orders and manage purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Oversee receiving, shipping documentation, and inventory transfers between locations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Manage cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Maintain appropriate MIN/MAX inventory and replenishment levels for key parts.
• Oversee warranty, returns, and core management processes.
• Support truck and bin inventory replenishment for field operations.
• Maintain inventory controls and chain-of-custody procedures to minimize loss.
• Lead and support warehouse material handlers and inventory clerks.
• Partner with Operations and other departments to ensure inventory availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse inventory management experience.
• Experience with vendor ordering, purchasing, and inventory replenishment.
• At least 1 year of experience using a major ERP system such as SAP, Vision, Microsoft, or Acumatica.
• Strong knowledge of purchase orders, cycle counts, physical inventory, warranties, returns, and inventory reporting.
• Experience managing truck or bin replenishment demand.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Field services, service operations, or similar industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing 500+ SKUs and approximately $1M+ in inventory preferred.
