Job SummaryManages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and drive project milestones.
- Establish and execute an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Collaborate with program management leadership to ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly milestones are met.
- Identify and drive risks and issues to completion.
- Integrate and coordinate disparate teams, including IT and Business units.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements; translate leadership intent into actionable project plans.
- Manage project complexity, obstacles, and impediments to drive teams to success.
- Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Use Jira to manage workstreams and project deliverables.
- Document project accomplishments and provide frequent status updates using Microsoft Office Suite.
