Territory Sales Executive – LATAM
Location: Texas Preferred (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Compensation: Base Salary $60,000 - $120,000 + Variable Commission
On-Target Earnings: Up to 20% additional earnings through commission
Travel Requirement: Up to 75% travel throughout Latin America
We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth, distributor development, and market expansion across Latin America. This role is responsible for managing distributor relationships, executing territory growth strategies, supporting product launches, and driving revenue across multiple countries throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key retail partners across LATAM
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies by country
- Lead joint business planning initiatives with distribution partners
- Identify and onboard new distributor partners in emerging markets
- Drive sales growth, product penetration, and profitable market expansion
- Support product launches, promotions, trade shows, and e-commerce initiatives
- Conduct business reviews, forecast updates, and market analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales operations teams
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of territory sales, business development, or account management experience
- Automotive aftermarket industry experience preferred
- Experience managing distributor networks across multiple countries
- Strong skills in forecasting, negotiation, business planning, and relationship management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout LATAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese language skills
- Experience with automotive consumables, filtration, fluids, or related technical products
- Experience supporting Latin American markets from a U.S. or international headquarters environment
