Branch Manager – EMCS Division - Low Voltage 

Jacksonville, FL
$95,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow an EMCS (Energy Management Control Systems) Division within the Jacksonville market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) space.

Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead branch operations and serve as the primary decision-maker for the local EMCS market
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and operational execution
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results

Project Execution & Financial Management

  • Oversee all EMCS project procurement, execution, and delivery
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reporting
  • Negotiate contracts, scope, and pricing to ensure profitability
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly billing projections

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent within the division
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
  • Maintain accountability across teams to ensure productivity and results

Field Oversight & Quality Control

Perform job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Enforce company policies, procedures, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with electrical installation of HVAC control systems
  • Strong background in estimating, sales, project management, and operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience hiring and developing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
