Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team within the promotional products, uniforms, and custom apparel space. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can drive accountability, and has a proven track record of growing large accounts while building structure within a sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, driving performance, accountability, and consistent follow-up
- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound sales pipelines, ensuring strong conversion and growth
- Own and expand key/national accounts, with a focus on accounts ranging from $25K–$500K+
- Establish and enforce sales processes, including KPIs, pipeline stages, and weekly reporting cadence
- Oversee quoting accuracy, timelines, and order quality to ensure smooth production handoff
- Partner closely with internal production teams (screen printing, embroidery) to align sales execution with operational capabilities
- Maintain CRM discipline and data integrity, tracking all activity and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales execution, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in promotional products, uniforms, or custom apparel
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
- Demonstrated success closing and growing large accounts ($25K–$500K+)
- Strong sales execution skills with the ability to drive process, structure, and accountability
- Experience managing quoting, timelines, and production coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Facilis CRM
- Background working with in-house production (screen printing, embroidery, etc.)
- Experience selling into corporate, government, or institutional clients
