Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Treasury Management Sales Officer to educate and advise commercial customers on a full suite of Treasury Management products and services. This role helps businesses streamline daily operations, improve cash flow, and reduce fraud risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Treasury Management sales growth through targeted outreach, internal partner leads, and proactive external business development.
- Generate new commercial deposits annually and support Treasury income goals.
- Serve as a key resource for internal sales channels, including Banking Centers, Private Banking, and Commercial Lending.
- Expand Treasury Management presence across the San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne markets.
- Advise clients on ACH, Same-Day ACH, domestic/international wires, RDC, Positive Pay, Lockbox, Merchant Services, Treasury platforms, and reporting tools.
- Conduct personalized training sessions for internal teams to enhance TM product knowledge and improve customer engagement.
- Deliver customized product demos for internal partners, existing clients, and prospective customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding by coordinating with Implementation Specialists and Service teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Treasury Management experience or related roles.
- 7 years of general bank operations experience, including electronic banking, payments, and core systems.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience (in-person and phone-based) in a professional setting.
- Strong diplomacy, professionalism, and the ability to effectively engage senior bank officers and business clients.
