We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the migration of a client's Personal Lines Umbrella Insurance product to Guidewire PolicyCenter. You will act as the voice of the business and end user, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly solution across a six-state rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, document, and manage business requirements for the PolicyCenter migration.
• Translate stakeholder needs (underwriting, product, pricing, risk) into actionable requirements.
• Validate system functionality, UI/UX, and workflows in PolicyCenter (no coding required).
• Lead rotational team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching.
• Engage with stakeholders, present progress, and advocate for a seamless customer experience.

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Background in insurance product management, business analysis, or digital product roles.
• Familiarity with umbrella insurance products preferred.
• Strong collaboration, Agile experience, and full product lifecycle exposure.
