You are a transformation leader passionate about enabling impact through analytics. You thrive by managing projects in ambiguous environments, bringing order and clarity by aligning stakeholders, building robust delivery plans, and ensuring results. You are equally comfortable diving into data pipelines and KPIs as you are engaging in executive-level conversations. This role sits at the center of enterprise transformation, focused on driving analytics-enabled change across the organization. You serve as the connective tissue between business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and operations stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics transformation initiatives through structured stage gate methodologies—from concept to production.
Align teams across business, engineering, and data science functions around shared goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Translate strategic business needs into defined analytics use cases with measurable KPIs and success criteria.
Partner with stakeholders to meet stage gates, structure assessments, and align go/no-go decisions.
Establish frameworks for measuring value creation and performance at each phase of an initiative.
Manage project pipelines, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks for high-impact analytics opportunities.
Communicate transformation narratives using visualization, storytelling, and executive-ready reporting.
Drive business readiness for analytics adoption through training, process integration, and stakeholder engagement.
Coach teams through challenges and ensure sustainable adoption of analytics practices.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics transformation, analytics consulting, or managing cross-functional data science programs.
Background in consulting, transformation, or enterprise program management environments with strong ownership and delivery accountability.
Proven track record leading analytics or tech programs from concept through deployment, including structured stage gate or tollgate processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in highly regulated industries, such as insurance or financial services.
Familiarity with modern cloud and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
Exposure to LLMs, NLP, or advanced ML model lifecycle (design, testing, deployment).
Knowledge of organizational change management and embedding analytics into business operations.
Security and Privacy Responsibilities
Uphold and advocate for standards in data security and client privacy.
Ensure models, data flows, and ML pipelines are built with security and compliance in mind.
Model a security-first mindset across the data science function and mentor team members in best practices.
Promptly report any suspected data breaches or privacy incidents per internal protocols.
