Job Description
The Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple integration platforms and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions that enable data transformation, transfer, and transaction processing across enterprise applications, data stores, and external partners. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure that integration design, development, and implementation align with organizational goals and technology strategy.
Oversee the design, development, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions using middleware, ETL, B2B integration, file transfer, API management, and reporting technologies.
Manage production operations for all integration platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Develop product roadmaps for integration technologies, maintaining upgrade schedules to mitigate risk and ensure vendor support.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions and technology roadmaps with broader organizational objectives.
Support teams in resolving production issues, identifying impacts to business transactions, and communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Manage vendor licensing models, renewal schedules, and cost considerations for integration technologies.
Partner with project managers to oversee capital budgets and integration project execution.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore Agile teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
Consult with technology leads and project managers to understand project scope, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
Promote collaboration and process improvement across the integration team, while identifying emerging trends and best practices.
Develop and track key performance metrics aligned with department goals, using them to drive improvement initiatives.
Assess future integration requirements in partnership with business and technology stakeholders and develop long-term strategic plans.
Manage vendor relationships and escalate technical issues as needed.
Stay current on industry standards and emerging integration technologies.

Working knowledge of relational database concepts and DevOps methodologies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience.
At least five years of experience with integration technologies such as middleware, ETL, B2B gateways, EDI, or file transfer.
Demonstrated success leading technology teams within complex organizational environments.
Proven experience in overseeing design, development, testing, and implementation of high-quality, resilient technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with middleware, ETL, or B2B technologies in UNIX environments.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with Agile frameworks, including Kanban, stand-ups, and sprints.
Familiarity with project management and operational support practices.
