We are seeking an experienced Program Architect to provide architectural leadership and strategic oversight for an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) implementation initiative. The successful candidate will drive alignment across solution design, delivery, and governance workstreams while managing interdependencies, risks, and overall architectural integrity for a large-scale digital transformation program.
This role will be part of the Solution Architecture team within a global enterprise technology organization, supporting initiatives that modernize operational systems and enable advanced grid and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and systems thinker who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Coordinate architecture activities across projects to ensure consistency with enterprise and domain-level standards.
Translate enterprise and domain guidance into actionable solution execution, ensuring alignment across all delivery workstreams.
Maintain consistency in High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) across program components to avoid conflicts and ensure interoperability.
Track and manage technical risk, design debt, and cross-program dependencies, escalating where needed to maintain program integrity.
Lead architecture forums to reconcile differences in design approaches, technology selection, and solution constraints.
