Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to partner with engineering and business teams to drive execution, streamline delivery, and enable successful transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring teams are aligned, requirements are clearly understood, and work is prioritized effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and coordinate execution of work for engineering teams using Jira, Rally, and Clarity, ensuring development teams have a clear understanding of business requirements and work progresses efficiently.
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions leveraging Zoom Whiteboard or Figma, supporting collaborative planning and alignment across teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables by performing feature-to-story breakdowns, aligning development efforts with business value and terminology.
- Oversee defect triage and prioritize defect resolution and production releases, maintaining product quality and stability.
- Monitor and adhere to Agile metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve delivery practices.
