Job Title: Security Engineer – Identity & Access Management

Overview:
We’re looking for a Security Engineer with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise to support daily operations and drive future security initiatives. This role ensures a secure, reliable environment while planning for long-term improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring AD domains and Ping Identity are stable and secure.
• Lead security investigations and provide guidance to Analysts and Administrators.
• Implement and maintain AD, SSO, ADFS, and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
• Communicate findings and resolutions to IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop roadmaps for future IAM needs and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SSO, ADFS, and MFA
• Implement, configure, and maintain Ping Identity solutions to support secure authentication and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting, delegation, and cross-team communication skills.
• Ability to balance daily operations with long-term planning.
