Job Title: Family Law Associate Attorney
Location: Onsite – Flower Mound, TX
Relocation: Open to relocation candidates

• A “coachability” mindset — early-career attorney who is open to learning but doesn’t require hand-holding

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and modification cases
• Develop case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from intake to final resolution
• Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Collaborate with legal support staff and delegate appropriately
• Meet billable hour requirements and contribute to firm development through networking

Qualifications:
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 3+ years of litigation and family law experience
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
• Passion for advocacy and service
