Job Description

Job Duties:

• A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery
• Participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies
• Key responsibilities include generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

• Four years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
• Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs
• A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability
• Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.)
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience working with a mature Design System
• Jira experience a plus
