Must have independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized development projects Supports the creation of unit tests to ensure accuracy. Track record of identifying largest risk areas and driving resolution of these issues Provides accurate and timely input regarding status of technical tasks Ensures project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met Designs and develops high quality, scalable and efficient solutions and products on schedule Documents possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources

• Pega development 2-3 years
• Scrum/Agile 2-3 years
• Talon/Java 1-2 years
• Pega and Java/Talon

This position will be assigned to one of the Enterprise Complaints Pega development scrum teams attending scrum ceremonies and completing stories assigned during sprints. Maintaining and modernizing the Enterprise Complaints Pega application to meet the needs of stakeholders from multiple CoSAs. This will include working with the scrum team and product owners to design and implement solutions in Pega.

We need Pega certified candidates with experience working in the software. We would like to have candidates with prior Complaints experience if possible.
