What you will do:
Enter purchase orders into the system
Manage purchase orders from the production process through shipping
Complete proof approvals, order acknowledgments, order status, tracking, and responding to client, sales, and vendor inquiries
Assist clients by responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Problem-solve client concerns in a timely manner, ensuring resolution is satisfactory to the client
Support business development consultants in their absence, including checking email, corresponding with clients, quoting, writing orders, etc.
Prepare estimates/quotes
Assist business development consultants with client reviews, process sales data, progress reports, project research, sample orders
Assist with program pricing, implementation, and routine processing
What you will need to be successful:
Previous experience in an office support role
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel), typing, using multiple screens
Strong and open communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, shows initiative in teamwork
