What you will do:
Consult directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and provide information regarding policies and coverages
Assist Retention Specialist to ensure policyholder retention Accurately enter call data into computer systems
Work closely with prospective customers to determine coverage needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the application process
What you will need to be successful:
High school degree, some college preferred
2 or more years of related experience, preferably in insurance (call center experience is acceptable as well)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and great interpersonal skills
Property & Casualty license desired (qualifies for higher pay rate)
