• On-Site

• Handle residential/real estate mortgage underwriting
• Give final approval on residential mortgage loans and be able to support underwriting decisions
• Ensure bank policy and guidelines are met
• Review loan files for completion and identify any adherences
• Oversee mortgage operations department, responsible for both underwriting and managing workflow for the department

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Previous mortgage underwriting experience required
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
