We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join a growing company. This key player will have a proven track record in managing a customer service team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving customer retention and growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

What you will do:

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing customer service team
  • Implement strategies to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Identify key metrics and monitor performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support
  • Participate in the development of customer onboarding and training programs
  • Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors and trends

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
