What you will do:
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Identify product positioning opportunities to fuel growth
Oversee and mentor the sales, marketing, and support teams
Analyze market dynamics regularly to adjust strategies, and pricing and identify new opportunities
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
Manage pipeline and refine sales operations through best practices
Oversee the sales and marketing budget and evaluate the performance of initiatives
What you will need to be successful:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership in sales and/or market development
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented focus
Experience selling to a distributor/national accounts base is a plus
Excellent communicator and high emotional intelligence
