Job Description
We are assisting our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with monitoring quality levels, improving quality, and implementing corrective actions to meet strict customer expectations.
Work model:
What you will do:
- Investigate non-conformance issues, both internal and customer-reported issues, to determine the root cause and corrective action
- Manage corrective action responses to customers' non-conformance issues
- Manage departmental procedures and work instructions based on customer and industry specification
- Liaison between the Engineering and Manufacturing departments for non-conformance issues and potential corrective actions
- Develop and maintain inspection instruction sheets
- Participate in customer & supplier surveys and audits
- Facilitate customer waivers, deviations, and concessions
- Manage and record calibration data
What you will need to succeed:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance
- Minimum 3 years experience in a quality role
- Proficiency in Quality tools (RCCA, SPC, PPAP)
