As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient repair, installation, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facilities. - Ensure safety across the facility, including Lockout Tagout, Confined Space Entry, and Hot Work permits
- Enhance equipment reliability to maintain continuous operation
- Develop and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and facility upkeep
- Oversee financial responsibilities for inventory and spare parts procurement, ensuring optimal value for expenditures
- Coordinate and perform line and equipment changeovers accurately to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, senior leadership, and other departments and plants
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience
