What you will do:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
• Inspect and ensure proper operation of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing)
• Complete assigned repairs and maintenance, including record-keeping
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of systems like plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
• Guide mechanics, technicians, and contractors on projects

What you will need to be successful:

• 3+ years of building maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of projects
• Thorough knowledge of building systems operations and repair
• Relevant trade licenses - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
• Strong customer service orientation
