Palmer Group is partnering with them to find a Senior Customer Solutions Representative to join their dynamic team. This position is responsible for handling escalated customer cases, providing advanced problem resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Monday - Friday

What you will do:

  • Handle escalated customer service inquiries and complaints
  • Analyze complex customer cases to determine the root cause of issues
  • Work across different departments to address any issues
  • Provide communication to the customer and resolution for issues
  • Report on issues and common trends as they arise

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, shipping or logistics industry
  • 3+ years of customer service or problem-resolution experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling escalations
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
