This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of credit unions and the intricate landscape of State and Federal laws and regulations that govern them. What you will do:

Craft and execute a services business strategy aligned with overall company objectives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction and retention
Forge and sustain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and work to resolve them effectively
Cultivate and enhance strong relationships with our League partners and their member credit unions, positioning ViClarity as a trusted partner and expert on compliance and regulatory matters
Guide, mentor, and coach a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
10+ years of compliance experience in the banking or credit union industry
5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing large teams and service operations
