What you will do:
Ensure the front desk is covered, and provide effective and friendly customer service
Maintain and update company databases and records
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist with the preparation of invoices and expense reports
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Answer phones and greet visitors as needed
What you will need to be successful:
Administrative assistant or related experience required
Tech savvy, MS Office proficient
Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
