An Iowa City CPA has an opening for an Office Assistant to join their rapidly growing and hard-working team. We are looking for individuals with administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. If you are interested in being considered, please apply!

Work model:

What you will do:
  • Ensure the front desk is covered, and provide effective and friendly customer service
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with the preparation of invoices and expense reports
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Answer phones and greet visitors as needed
What you will need to be successful:
  • Administrative assistant or related experience required
  • Tech savvy, MS Office proficient
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
