Job Description

Our manufacturing client is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support their human resources director in their Adel facility. This position is required to be onsite five days a week. This opportunity is ideal for someone just starting their human resources career and wanting to grow under a proven leader. If you have exposure to human resources, including benefits, HRIS management, orientations, training, and safety, apply today!

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HRIS system for all personnel
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training
  • Administer human resources policies and plant procedures
  • Lead all benefits enrollment efforts
  • Oversee safety procedures, current postings, supplies, first aid, and training
  • Maintain employee referral bonus program
  • Perform other HR needs as identified 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree
  • 2 years experience in human resources
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
