Our manufacturing client is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support their human resources director in their Adel facility. This position is required to be onsite five days a week. Responsibilities:
Maintain HRIS system for all personnel
Conduct new hire orientation and training
Administer human resources policies and plant procedures
Lead all benefits enrollment efforts
Oversee safety procedures, current postings, supplies, first aid, and training
Maintain employee referral bonus program
Perform other HR needs as identified
Requirements:
Bachelor's or associate degree
2 years experience in human resources
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
