What you will do:
Develop, implement, and administer all aspects of the Bank’s Compliance Management Program
Advise the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues; consult and guide the Bank in establishing controls to mitigate risks
Plan, organize, and control the Bank’s day-to-day administrative, lending, deposit, and operational compliance activities
Conduct risk assessments, review, and write or update policies, procedures, and processes to comply with regulatory expectations
Act as the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Officer, monitoring the responsiveness to the deposit and credit needs of low and moderate-income individuals and markets within the Bank’s assessment areas and making recommendations to ensure the Bank attains CRA compliance goals
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field
5+ years of experience in bank compliance, regulatory, or risk management roles
Strong knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations, including BSA
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and across departments
