In this Abstractor role, you will be responsible for Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting. If you have at least 2+ years of title or abstracting experience required. Those with abstracting experience are preferred! Apply now to be considered! 

Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What you will do:

• Oversee Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting
• Complete search and exam for abstract products to include, but not limited to, new abstracts, abstract continuations, finals, and certified reports
• Conclude search and exam for abstract products
• Review completed abstract products for accuracy
• Compile documents from archives and convert them into a scanned image
• Perform courthouse duties as necessary
• Answer client questions as appropriate
• Assist in the maintenance of the title plant records as necessary

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years of Title or Abstractor experience
• Certified Land Title Professional a plus
• Root Extract experience is preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks in a timely manner
